Visiting the Old and New Cemeteries there are Cemetery staff available at all times to assist you and will provide advice, care and attention to your requests. Grounds are open for public visitation each day of the year.

At the Old Cemetery, visitors can access an information centre containing displays and information with wall panels providing relevant information. Included, is a touch screen computer database containing grave locations and details of every burial and cremation. This information is updated monthly. People use this small gatehouse extensively to look up family history or facts about the Old and New Cemeteries and Crematorium. People from all over the world sign the visitors' book, which attests to the international significance of the Old Cemetery.
